01 Introduction

One Account Per Person

Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Lucky 96 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

Accurate Information

When registering on Lucky 96, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Lucky 96 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Account Security

Your Lucky 96 username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Lucky 96 will never ask you for your password — any communication claiming to be from Lucky 96 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@lucky96.ws immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify Lucky 96 support immediately. Lucky 96 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials, used an unsecured device, or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Account Verification (KYC)

Lucky 96 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Lucky 96 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Lucky 96 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Lucky 96 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts belonging to others will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky 96 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business hours during standard banking hours.

Lucky 96 may request KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account that does not match the verified account holder's name. Lucky 96 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on unusual or high-value withdrawal requests.

Currency

All Lucky 96 account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky 96 does not apply currency conversion fees. The PKR amounts displayed in your wallet are the amounts you will receive.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 96 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The specific terms of each offer — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet during bonus wagering, validity period, and withdrawal conditions — are published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim each Lucky 96 bonus once unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• The minimum bet permitted during bonus wagering is Rs 100 unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Lucky 96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Modifications apply from the date of publication and do not affect qualifying bets already placed under previous terms.

• Lucky 96 uses risk management systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. Players identified as abusing promotions will have their bonus balance removed and may be restricted from future bonus participation.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means Rs 10,000 must be wagered on eligible games before any portion of that bonus becomes withdrawable. 06 Betting Rules

Placement of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on Lucky 96, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in specific circumstances outlined in the relevant game or sport rules (for example, the cancellation of a sporting event before the scheduled start time). It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and event. These limits are displayed on each betting interface before you place a bet. Lucky 96 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts, markets, or events at any time without prior notice.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or payouts (for example, decimal odds of 1000.00 for an event with an obvious outcome), Lucky 96 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. Lucky 96 will communicate any such void decisions promptly and transparently.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

For sporting events: if a match is abandoned or postponed before reaching the minimum completion point specified in the relevant sport rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Casino and Skill Games

All casino games on Lucky 96 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. 07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Lucky 96 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in shared games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to transfer value to another account in poker, Ludo, or any competitive game.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated method to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit from Lucky 96's bonus offers or price discrepancies in a way that constitutes commercial exploitation rather than genuine personal gaming.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have access to non-public information about the outcome or in which you are directly involved as a participant.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or incorrect odds to place bets with knowledge that an error exists.

Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law. Lucky 96's anti-fraud team monitors all platform activity continuously.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky 96's Right to Suspend

Lucky 96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious betting patterns, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Lucky 96 account at any time by contacting support@lucky96.ws. Upon closure, any balance remaining in your wallet above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. Lucky 96 will notify you by the contact details on file before applying any inactivity charges. After notification, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from dormant balances. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
